HavenGo Driver Registration

Welcome to HavenGo

Earn income. Deliver purpose. Support your community.

HavenGo connects trusted local drivers with paid delivery, transport, food rescue, furniture, community support, and volunteer driving opportunities.

Whether you already help your community for free or you are looking for flexible paid work, HavenGo gives you a way to earn revenue for the driving, time, fuel, care, and effort you provide.

HavenGo is designed to keep more money with local drivers while helping charities and community organisations access affordable delivery and transport support.

Most of the delivery fee goes to the driver.
A small platform fee helps maintain the app, support drivers, process jobs, and improve the system. Where the job is linked to a charity or community organisation, a small percentage may also support that organisation.
Estimated earnings are shown before a driver accepts a job.

Fair Work platform standards readiness

Paid delivery and transport work arranged through a digital platform may be covered by Australian regulated-worker protections. HavenGo treats these protections as minimum standards that cannot be contracted away.

Pay transparency Driver pay, customer delivery fee, platform fee, distance and timing details are shown before a driver claims a job.
Safety and insurance Vehicle, licence, insurance, screening and incident reporting checks are part of registration and ongoing review.
Fair review process Suspensions and deactivations must follow any required notice, response, dispute and review process.

HavenGo Driver Agreement

Agreement version 2026-06-07-v1
This agreement applies to driver registration, delivery work, payout setup and use of HavenGo systems.
Review full agreement
  1. Parties and role. The driver applies to provide delivery, logistics, relocation and community transport services through HavenGo. Unless a separate written employment agreement applies, the driver provides services as an independent contractor or approved volunteer, not as an employee, partner, agent or representative of HavenGo. The driver may accept or decline available jobs, subject to platform rules, eligibility, safety and client requirements.
  2. Truthful registration. The driver must provide accurate, complete and current information, including legal name, contact details, right to work status, driver licence, vehicle registration, insurance, screening checks, training records and any information relevant to safe delivery work. The driver must update HavenGo immediately if any information changes or if a licence, insurance policy, screening clearance or authority is suspended, cancelled, expired, restricted or under review.
  3. Identity, screening and consent. The driver consents to HavenGo and its verification providers collecting, using and disclosing identity documents, photographs, biometric or facial-match results, OCR results, licence details, vehicle registration details, police check outcomes, Blue Card details, NDIS Worker Screening details, right to work records and other compliance evidence for onboarding, fraud prevention, safety, insurance, audit, legal compliance and job eligibility. Sensitive information will only be collected where reasonably necessary for these purposes or where required or authorised by law.
  4. External verification. HavenGo may use Firebase Authentication, Stripe, identity verification providers, ACIC-accredited police checking providers, Blue Card Services, NDIS worker screening systems, vehicle registration or NEVDIS-based services, insurers, regulators and other lawful verification sources. A driver must not perform jobs that require a particular clearance until HavenGo has marked that clearance as complete for the relevant job category.
  5. Document security and privacy. Driver documents are stored in private cloud storage with restricted operational access. HavenGo will not intentionally store bank account numbers in the HavenGo database when Stripe Connect can collect payout information directly. HavenGo may retain compliance records for legal, audit, insurance, safeguarding, dispute and payment purposes. Drivers may request access to or correction of their personal information, subject to lawful limits.
  6. Vehicle, licence and insurance. The driver is responsible for using a safe, roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle suitable for the accepted job. The driver must hold a current driver licence for the vehicle class, comply with all road rules, observe fatigue management, secure loads, use restraints and tie-downs where required, and pay their own tolls, infringements, fines, fuel, maintenance, insurance excesses and vehicle costs unless HavenGo agrees otherwise in writing.
  7. Conduct and service standards. The driver must act honestly, respectfully, safely and lawfully. The driver must not smoke or vape in the vehicle while transporting food, goods or clients; must not work while impaired by alcohol, drugs, fatigue or illness; must not harass, discriminate, threaten, exploit or abuse any person; and must follow reasonable HavenGo dispatch, safety, proof of delivery, privacy, food safety, manual handling and incident reporting requirements.
  8. Community and vulnerable client work. Jobs involving children, vulnerable people, domestic violence relocation, disability support, homelessness support, emergency supplies or community transport may require additional screening, training and approval. The driver must maintain professional boundaries, protect confidential client information, avoid unnecessary personal contact, avoid private arrangements outside HavenGo, and report any safeguarding concern immediately.
  9. Food, medicine and goods handling. The driver must transport items securely and hygienically, use insulated or thermal carriers where required, keep food separate from contaminants, protect prescriptions and sensitive goods from unauthorised access, follow pickup and drop-off instructions, and promptly report delays, temperature concerns, damage, missing items, failed delivery, hazards or client issues.
  10. Proof of delivery and records. The driver must provide accurate proof of delivery when requested, including photo, signature, OTP code, notes or incident details. The driver must not falsify records, mark a job complete before delivery, keep goods without authorisation, collect cash unless expressly authorised, or use customer or agency contact details for any purpose outside the job.
  11. Payments and Stripe payouts. Driver payments are calculated from the applicable HavenGo pricing, driver pay and commission model shown for the job or service. Payouts are processed only after the job is properly completed, verified and not subject to hold, dispute or investigation. Stripe Connect may collect bank account and identity details directly. The driver authorises HavenGo and Stripe to process payouts, payout reversals, corrections, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments and platform fees in accordance with Stripe terms and HavenGo payment rules.
  12. Pay transparency, deductions and records. For paid jobs, HavenGo will show the expected driver payment before the driver accepts the job, together with available route, distance, time, vehicle requirement, customer delivery fee and platform fee information. HavenGo will keep payment, job, proof of delivery, fee and deduction records and will make regular earnings information available to the driver. HavenGo will not make hidden platform deductions from the driver payment shown for an accepted job, except for lawful corrections, reversals, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, fees or adjustments disclosed or permitted by the applicable terms and law.
  13. Regulated platform work and minimum standards. Some paid delivery, courier, food delivery, transport or road transport work arranged through HavenGo may be regulated worker, employee-like worker or road transport contractor work under Australian workplace laws. If a Fair Work Commission minimum standards order, minimum standards guideline, collective agreement, road transport contractual chain order or mandatory law applies to a job or class of work, HavenGo will apply that requirement to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this agreement is intended to remove an eligible driver's regulated-worker protections.
  14. Changes to pay models and consultation. HavenGo may update pricing, driver pay, commission, reimbursement, safety, dispatch or platform rules. Where consultation, advance notice, representation, delegate rights or dispute processes are required by an applicable minimum standards order, collective agreement, code or law, HavenGo will follow those requirements before or when the change is made.
  15. Safety systems and platform insurance. Drivers must comply with road, vehicle, load, food safety, vulnerable-client and incident reporting requirements. HavenGo will maintain safety processes for platform work and will provide, fund or require insurance and safety arrangements required by law, contract, funding program or any applicable minimum standards order. Drivers must not accept work if they are unlicensed, uninsured, impaired, fatigued, unsafe or not authorised for the required work type.
  16. Tax, ABN, GST and superannuation. Unless HavenGo confirms otherwise in writing, the driver is responsible for their own income tax, GST registration and reporting if applicable, ABN details, invoices or payment records, deductions, superannuation, workers compensation or income protection arrangements. Some contractor arrangements can trigger additional tax, superannuation, platform work or road transport obligations. The driver should obtain their own tax, financial and legal advice.
  17. Liability and indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, the driver is responsible and liable for loss, damage, injury, theft, fines, penalties, claims, insurance excesses, privacy breaches, misconduct, negligence, wilful acts, fraud, unsafe driving, unsafe handling, unapproved substitution, failure to maintain insurance or breach of this agreement caused or contributed to by the driver. The driver indemnifies HavenGo, Goodna Street Life, Haven Collective and participating agencies against losses arising from those matters, except to the extent caused by HavenGo's negligence, breach of law or non-excludable duty.
  18. HavenGo responsibilities that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this agreement excludes obligations, rights, protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees, privacy obligations, workplace health and safety duties, safeguarding duties, fair work protections, regulated platform work protections or any other mandatory law.
  19. Suspension, deactivation and review. HavenGo may pause, restrict, suspend or deactivate driver access for safety, fraud, failed verification, expired compliance, client risk, serious misconduct, non-performance, suspected unlawful activity or breach of this agreement. Where required by law and where immediate action is not needed to manage serious risk, HavenGo will provide a fair process, notice of concerns and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Eligible employee-like workers may have rights under the Digital Labour Platform Deactivation Code and may be able to apply to the Fair Work Commission within strict time limits.
  20. Confidentiality and platform use. The driver must keep all customer, client, agency, donor, restaurant, payment, route, health, safety, incident and operational information confidential and use HavenGo systems only for authorised delivery work. The driver must not scrape, copy, disclose, sell, misuse or retain platform information outside the job.
  21. Disputes and governing law. The driver must raise payment, safety, incident, deactivation or service disputes promptly through HavenGo support. HavenGo will record and review the dispute, respond in a reasonable time, and try to resolve it in good faith. This internal process does not limit any non-excludable right to use the Fair Work Commission, a court, tribunal, regulator, union, worker representative, insurer or other lawful dispute process. This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland and applicable Commonwealth laws.
  22. Changes. HavenGo may update this agreement for legal, operational, insurance, provider, Fair Work, minimum standards order, funding, pricing or safety reasons. A driver may be required to accept the current version before accepting further jobs.

Step 5

Payment / Screening Fees

Set up payouts and review any screening fees before jobs become visible. Final estimated earnings are shown before a driver accepts a job.

Minimum standards and pay transparency

Before accepting work The job screen should show expected driver pay, delivery fee, platform fee, route/distance and key handling requirements.
After completing work Earnings records should show completed jobs, driver pay, deductions or adjustments, and payout status.
As rules change HavenGo will update pay, insurance, record-keeping and consultation settings when binding Fair Work orders apply.
Most of the delivery fee goes to the driver.
A small platform fee helps maintain the app, support drivers, process jobs, and improve the system.
