Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access HavenGo, register as a driver or use the delivery platform.

Effective 29 July 2026 · Haven Go Pty Ltd · ABN 62 700 826 624

1. Agreement and platform operator

HavenGo is operated by Haven Go Pty Ltd (ABN 62 700 826 624). By using HavenGo, you agree to these terms and any additional terms clearly presented for a particular service. If you do not agree, do not use that service.

HavenGo provides technology and operational support that helps arrange deliveries. The responsibilities that apply to a driver, customer, recipient or community partner depend on their role and the particular job.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your authentication details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not impersonate another person, access another user's information, interfere with the service, scrape restricted data, introduce malicious code or use HavenGo for unlawful, unsafe or misleading activity.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account unless caused by our failure to take reasonable care.

3. Driver registration and eligibility

Drivers must be legally able, appropriately licensed, competent and fit to perform the work they accept. Required identity, licence, vehicle, insurance and screening evidence must be current and genuine. Some jobs require additional clearances, training, equipment or vehicle capability.

Registration, document upload or payment of a screening fee does not guarantee approval, available work or earnings. Evidence may remain awaiting review while we or an authorised provider complete checks. Drivers must tell HavenGo promptly if relevant circumstances or documents change.

The legal character of a working relationship depends on the law and actual circumstances. Nothing in these terms removes a right or minimum standard that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable protections for regulated workers.

4. Delivery jobs

Before accepting a job, drivers should review the route, timing, item, handling requirements, customer fee, platform fee and expected driver payment. Acceptance creates a commitment to perform the job with due care, skill, safety and reasonable punctuality.

Drivers must protect recipient and customer information, use it only to complete the job, follow lawful delivery instructions, maintain accurate statuses and report delays, damage, safety concerns or incidents promptly. A driver must not accept work beyond their licence, clearance, physical ability, vehicle capacity or insurance.

Job availability, estimates, routes and timing may change. HavenGo does not guarantee a minimum number or value of jobs.

5. Fees, payouts and taxes

Applicable amounts are shown before a driver accepts a paid job or incurs a registration or screening charge. Payouts may be handled by a third-party payment provider and can be subject to identity, banking, fraud-prevention and account requirements.

Unless the law or a written arrangement says otherwise, drivers are responsible for their own tax, business, vehicle and operating obligations. Incorrect, disputed, reversed or fraudulent transactions may be investigated and adjusted where lawful.

6. Safety, incidents and prohibited items

Safety comes before completing a delivery. Do not drive unsafely, handle an item without appropriate equipment or assistance, enter an unsafe location, transport unlawful or undisclosed dangerous goods, or continue a job where there is an immediate risk. Contact emergency services first in an emergency, then report the incident to HavenGo when safe.

7. Content, evidence and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give HavenGo a limited permission to store, review, process and share it as reasonably necessary to provide the service, conduct screening, resolve issues and meet legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

HavenGo branding, software and original service content are owned by or licensed to Haven Go Pty Ltd. You may not copy or commercially exploit them except as allowed by law or written permission.

8. Restriction, suspension and review

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, suspected fraud, serious misconduct, expired eligibility, legal compliance or material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the concern and provide a fair opportunity to respond or request review. Immediate interim action may be taken where there is a serious or urgent risk.

9. Availability, liability and consumer rights

We take reasonable care in operating HavenGo but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for loss caused by its own acts or omissions and should take reasonable steps to minimise loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, worker protection or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical. Queensland law governs these terms, subject to any law that requires otherwise.

Questions can be sent through our contact form. Complaints can be made through our complaints process.
